This is a bandpass filter with a metal mesh structure that can be used in the wavelength range of 20 to 3000 μm (0.1 to 15 THz). By changing the design of the mesh, filters suitable for the desired wavelength can be created. It allows for filtering of incident light while maintaining a large open area, making it suitable for applications that require both miniaturization and lightweight design as well as high resolution.
